HOW MANY ESTIMATES ARE REQUIRED?
State law says you only need one estimate.

WHO PROVIDES A CUSTOMER SERVICE ADVISOR?
We do. Just hand us the keys and we will take care of everything.
Our Customer Service Advisors are trained and qualified to help you throughout the entire collision repair process.

Your insurance agent can’t. Corporate policy with most insurance companies limits the agent’s service to only providing you with a 1-800 number.

WHAT IF I NEED A RENTAL CAR?
If you need a rental car, and you have that option in your auto insurance policy, our Customer Service Advisor can make the necessary arrangements.

WILL I HAVE TO PAY A DEDUCTIBLE?
Probably. Most insurance policies call for a pre-agreed deductible amount. This amount can be anywhere from $250 to $1000 depending on your policy.
Ultimately you are responsible for payment of your deductible.

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT DO YOU ACCEPT?
